You should list the player(s) and the coupon amount you want to use. Remember that coupons can only be applied to arbitration dollars--not auction dollars from last season. I have arranged for a volunteer to make arb decisions for the two abandoned teams that have not made arb decisions. His Ottoneu is is ejwright. He will assign arb values. They can be redone if we find a new owner before the end of arb. Objections?

Coupons are team based, rather than owner based, so you can apply the coupons as the new owner.

And note that coupon decisions need to be announced to the whole league within 72 hours after arbitration ends. That means post your player/dollars here on the league message board to get your coupons processed.

Competitive balance
To incentivize competition, teams finishing the year in 2nd through 10th place in the official league standings will be awarded the following coupon values: 2nd place $3; 3rd place $6; 4th place $12; 5th place $9; 6th place $9; 7th place $6; 8th place $6; 9th place $3; 10th place $3.
