Shoot! I'm very sorry fellas, that is totally my bad and most definitely done on accident. Overlooked that part of the arc rules completely. I think you are correct on all counts. I checked the arbitration values while processing coupons but must have missed Eloy. I have asked G-PA B-RUN for a new coupon assignment.

Not that it especially matters, I also havent checked any other teams, but the coupons used on Eloy Jimminez should not have been legal. If I'm not mistaken the coupons were to be used on players hit in arbirtration and I don't think Eloy Jimminez, already at $8, was hit with anybody's arbirtration allocation dollars. I'm perfectly okay with those dollara being redirected to another player since I'm positive it was an honest mistake.

I'm pretty sure the reason for the Schoop non-tender is because of his projected salary around 10 million for a Brewers team that is very budget conscience

For sure he has some value if he can collect more than 30 stolen bases. He just doesn't have the power to make up for a lack of steals.
