Congrats Godley! - it was a fun season. We need a plan to get some players on "Sano to Drugs" that will entice a new owner without making us give up significant pieces on our own teams. Ideas?
-
Congratulations to all. Thanks for your cooperation during this shortened season. Hope you all enjoyed it. Let me your thoughts on how to improve and make this an even better league next year.
-
I had a great time playing with all of you! So glad to be in this league. Thank you to everyone and thank you commish. Congrats on your win!

Next to last day. Thanks for your cooperation this season with the game/inning limits - 113 games, 565 OF games, and 1050 innings. Best wishes for the final weekend.
-
Argh. Instead of “163 games” i should said “1063 innings”
-
Last 4 days! My Analytics is done with SP innings with 163 games; while the limit is 1050, it is permissible to exceed it if it happens in one day - i.e., start the day at 1040, end at 1060. The projection markers for yesterday (Wednesday, Sep 25) were: 109 games, 547 OF games, 1016 innings. Best wishes.
-
Sorry about that I will leave it empty moving forward
-
Last week! My Analytics is over at Utility with 114 games, first position play to hit the limit. We're all getting close, so plan accordingly. The projection markers for yesterday (Sunday, Sep 22) were: 107 games, 533 OF games, 991 innings. Best wishes.
-
We're getting close to the end. Scrambled Eggs hit the C limit, and many of us are within a game or so of the same.
My Analytics is the first to come close to the limit on the position players, with 112 at Utility. The projection markers for yesterday (Friday, Sep 20) were: 105 games, 524 OF games, 974 innings. Plan accordingly, and thanks!
-
my bad, I had stopped rostering at C, but out of habit had him back in and forgot.

Sharp eye, Wraith Squad, on the Greg Holland sighting. You're over the limit on Catcher, so to the bench they go! As of last night (Monday, 916), the projection markers are: 101 games, 506 OF games, 940 innings; plan accordingly.
-
Whoa, Greg Holland was Back, if but for a fleeting cup of coffee.

By the end of games on Friday (9/13), the projection markers are: 98 games, 492 OF games, 915 innings. At the end of today, they should be: 99/497/923. If you're exceeding these, plan accordingly to keep under the EOY limits (113/565/1050).
-
By the end of games on Sunday (9/8), the projection markers are: 94 games, 469 OF games, 872 innings. At the end of today, they should be: 95/474/881. If you're exceeding these, plan accordingly to keep under the EOY limits (113/565/1050).
-
Today's projection markers: 90 games, 451 OF games, 838 innings. Some of you are getting close to the limit of 113 games for your catchers, so adjust accordingly. Thanks.
-
Today's projection markers: 84 games, 419 OF games, 779 innings.
-
Today's projection markers: 77 games, 383 OF games, 711 innings.
-
113 games (pos players), 565 games (OF), and 1050 innings (SP&RP) confirmed. Today's markers are: 72, 360, 669.
-
Should probably have the commish confirm, but I believe it is 113 games per position (565 for OF) and 1050 innings.
-
Being a late add to the league, I don’t have any idea where those thresholds were set, so I would love to know what you set for the season. I’m guessing I’ll be in ok shape, just want to be sure.
-
We are down to the last few weeks. Would you mind a weekly note?
-
Give me some feedback on whether I should send out projected games played, and if so, how often. Would you rather use the google doc or get a message?
-
7 of 11 wanted him. And no wonder. Aquino is off to an unbelievable start. As the one who bid $10, best wishes to you.
-
Whew...7 bids on Aquino to win him @ $11

That’s what I thought thanks
-
1050, I believe.
-
Total pitching was a little of 1000 right?
-
Ha, whoops. I'll check that out, catchers are never really on my radar.
Ironically, in my Yahoo leagues I only ever eve to have a Catcher if I'm streaming a guy with a double header.
-
"Healthy" is now over the game limit (113 games/year) at catcher. First one of the season. Please watch your games played and manage accordingly. Thanks!
Today's markers are: 71 (position players), 351 (OF), 652 (pitchers).
-
Astros will pick him up and turn him into a Cy Young-winning starter...
-
A sad day; he’s been DFA’d. Now that he’s gone, will there be a new dawn? That is the test, an existential quest. Hello, is Greg Holland back?
-
Welcome, cdshiverick. Glad to have you. Reach out if you need anything.
-
Hi all, thanks for having me...I'll be taking over Bobby's team, thanks for having me.
-
Ha! re origins...simple enough... thx yo.

Origin of the name Auto Noise Alliance: I used "Auto Noise" since it sounds like "Ottoneu's" (homonym). Alliance is just another name for League. Just a dumb play on words...
-
I have a replacement for Bobby’s team, they’re just in Mexico right now and don’t have access to reliable internet

BTW, I've always been curious, where does the league name Auto Noise Alliance originate from?

I feel it would be wise to move towards finding a new owner for BobbyMac's Launch Angle's team. I always suggest offering it up open teams to anyone in the league who has a friend interested before opening it up to the public.

Hadn't noticed, but it looks like our season is halfway done today.
-
Today, a position on your team with 56 games played is right on target to hit the max projected games of 113; the pitching staff should have pitched 525 innings to hit the max projected innings of 1050. This uses a straight-line projection. Taken from the file I just sent you. Hope this helps.
-
I just sent you all a notification of a google doc that lists projected games and innings per date. Here's the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QHOR596kvf4o6YYuR-b6fZwHhlLxI2OXH1uQj-Nz1Ns/edit?usp=sharing

Cut off, thanks for posting about Rob McGuown, AKA BobbyMac. Really really shocked. Reading the tributes at BP, he was quite a guy. We were lucky to have him, albeit for too short a time.
Life is too short. If any of you needs a hand, let me - and us - know.
-
Wow, that's really too bad, sorry to hear that. Seemed like a great guy in my limited interaction with him.
-
That's incredibly sad, every interaction I had with him was very positive. He was great for this league and I'll certainly miss him.

Hey everyone, I thought I might be out of the loop on this, but after some messages this morning I don't think I am. BobbyMac (Launch Angles), who was one of the more active owners here/a really active member of the Ottoneu Slack, passed away last week. He was a really nice guy if you had the chance to talk with him at all, and was always willing to talk baseball. This link to his obituary was posted on the slack (https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/name/robert-mcquown-obituary?pid=193432053).
