I personally enjoy the MiLB -5, but maybe we change it to a first year player draft?
Something like this:
- 5 players per team, only first year players are eligible for the draft.
- Players can be added to the 40 man roster at any time
- Any players not added to 40 man rosters at end of season can stay in the MiLB-5 pool, but take up a draft slot for the following season (like whats in place now)
This keeps the prospect draft in place, but frees up est

Wait Shirt vs Skenes? Yep that is the exception. That rule will be a part of the league’s charter effective immediately

I agree with that rule. To spice it up, at least, we should make it that any MiLB player kept for 30 days or more is ineligible for MiLB-5. It’s be a nightmare for Richfield, but that at least would make it more fun. Haha

More than happy to discuss and vote on this (and any other suggestions) during off-season.
All I’d say now is all players in Ottoneu universe are eligible to be auctioned off as long as they are not on Ottoneu roster or Restricted list.

My thoughts: We should scrap MiLB-5. Our league's teams are ineligible for ottoneu Champions competition because of our rule. I loved MiLB-5 initially, but it makes the waiver wire a snooze-fest, and I'd like to try Champions sometime through our league.

We had this discussion last year with Kumar Rocker. There ended up not being anything in the charter saying they aren’t eligible and nothing was added, so 2023 MLB draftees are eligible to auctioned off

If anyone wants to see something that doesn't happen often, check out my offensive point total from Friday. I have players scoring in the teens, twenties, thirties and forties. I've been playing this game for ~13 seasons, and I've never had production like that.
