• We have 8 yes and 1 no. First question is if moving it a day later hurts anyone. I agree that it's daunting to do in one sitting, so I propose a 2 or 3 hour cap after which we agree on a time to resume it another day.

• Weekends are best for me due to working 9-5 but a weeknight would be okay to start things, as well. I definitely think we might be better off breaking it up over 2 sessions, just because 40 man rosters are daunting. I'm flexible though.
