• My understanding is that we are set to begin auctions for players tomorrow afternoon at 2:00. As a recap, each manager can nominate 2 players per day for the first 5 days, and then 3 players a day for the next 5 days. I will manually award the 'hometown discount' if you end up with the player who was voted off of your team. And no cutting players or trades until after the 10th day of auctions (March 9th) Any questions?

• Gentlemen, I wanted to let you all know that I have decided to retire from Ottoneu. It may be more of a Brett Favresque retirement as I hope to return someday, but due to a growing family (and an inability to manage my emotions when five of my pitchers allow two HR's each all on the same day) I have decided it is time to call it quits. I want to thank all of you for the last four years. This is truly one of the best league's out there and my brother is second to none as far as commissioners go.

• I agree. Since we talked about it last year I've been vetoing any trade with a loan larger than 25 because, as opposed to making a limit rule, many thought we should just use our veto. If loans are large it opens the door to some loopholes in the off season.
