August 8, 2025 2:09 PM : Atlanta claimed Brujan off outright waivers Friday.
Analysis: Brujan began the season with the Cubs before being DFA'd in late July. The Orioles claimed him off waivers Aug. 3, but he played in only one game with the club, notching a hit in his only at-bat. Brujan will now likely fill a utility role for an Atlanta roster that could use help at third base while Austin Riley (abdomen) is unavailable. Brujan's logged time at every position on the field except for pitcher, catcher and first base this season.
