• Fwiw, I hesitated to accept. Senga was expected to be an ace before he got hurt and basically missed a year. He has better stats than skenes and he's cheaper.
  
  Bazzana is expected to be a star and could be up in the majors this year.
  
  Skenes will probably cost $40 to keep if owners pile money on him again in arbitration.
  
  When the trade goes through, Skenes will be on the block.

• That’s not just about Skenes- in the history of the league there have been a lot of enormously valuable assets traded for much lighter returns than would have been available if the manager had shopped more broadly- Witt, Strider, Soto, etc.

• Couch Managers has been terrible for a week now...I like a slow draft but at this point I don't think we can trust it. Commish I think just pick a date maybe a week out. People have time to either make it work or find a stand in.

  I must warn, the site is not running great right now and it may be better to just have whoever can't make it figure it out.
  
  In my current slow draft, we had to start a day late because the site was down. And now the notifications aren't working.

• I have no issues with a slow draft on couch managers if that’s what it comes down to. I’ve used it a couple times before and it was pretty smooth. Just finished a draft in another league last night so I’m ready!!

• I'm in a league that does it. I think you create a draft, invite everyone. Once everyone adds their team name, commissioner manually adds everyone's players and price. Then select settings like how many players can each manager nominate at a time. How long the draft runs per day.... How long each nomination is up for grabs.
  Then after the draft or as players get selected commish as to ottoneu team.

  Or we could break the draft up into multiple days, by pausing it.
  Easiest thing is to do it when most people can make it.
