• According to Niv We cannot hold over prize money in the case of an official MLB season. Obviously your league can coordinate and send money around as necessary using Venmo or PayPal or however, but we are obligated to pay out prizes if a MLB season is completed. If one isn't completed, we will be returning prize pool money to those who are in prize leagues. Thanks, Niv Shah

• That's a good question. It wouldn't make sense to pay off on a 20 game season. A 60 game season stinks. I'll find out what the Ottoneu structure allows and we can vote on it before the season starts.

• It's until opening day because of the virus and players opting out. I manually have to reset teams after each cut. The heading that reads ONE ROUND OF CUTS is Ottoneu standard.

• Shouldn’t be any waivers with penalty free cuts. Looks like maybe Kanobis did his 2 cuts as separate transactions. Buxton should be up for auction, not on waivers.

• I cut Springer because I didn't like his price, I didn't cut him because it was penalty free as I knew someone would claim him. Outright cutting someone is a viable tactic I've used before in hopes to leverage the corresponding moves. That's all, no ill intent to take advantage of anything.

• Honestly I don't see the logic in dropping a Mookie Betts or a Springer unless they opted out or were injured. That's what trades are for. Also you might not like the teams a player will have to face this year. Other than that I must be missing something.

• The original purpose for the penalty free cuts was so that MLB players who opted out could be dropped without cost. Also we don't yet know which players will be healthy. Even though you can place them on the 60 day IL you might not want to hold onto a 36 year old player and eat his salary for the season. Also with expanded MLB Rosters an owner may decide some of their players will not get enough playing time and as a result make them difficult to trade.
