Ha. You don’t want to look too closely at his results in Baltimore and NYY—he gave up more earned runs in his 16.2 IP in those two parks than he did all year (85 IP) at home. Was the Trop last in HRs? And the Angels would have been about the 20th park I guessed.

I wonder how many would go out if the Yankees played half their games there? I’ll try to guess the 6: Yankee Stadium, Camden, MIL, PHI, GABP, and...Dodger Stadium? Orioles and Reds were bad enough that I don’t feel great about those guesses (or LA, but they hit a lot of HRs). Did the humidor really work n Arizona?

I used to have to go to Valdosta, Ga to see a customer. You fly in to Tallahasee , not Atlanta. Felt like I was in a Georgia Sattelites video. That was many years ago , perhaps things have cleaned up a bit

I think Pew is counting Mexican-Americans born in the US along with immigrants from Mexico. Of course Machado is a Dominican-American, born and raised in Florida, so it’s not clear why we’re talking about the number of immigrants from Mexico.

my eyes do not even "see" Mexicans as they are so integrated , been here so long , and in large numbers . They are everywhere , and work their asses off . Whole mexican villages moved here and all live in certain apartment complexes. I worked in a largely mexican suburb of Wheeling, Il . Was great tacquirias everywhere , super mercados . Got my carnitas right next door to my office.

also i think its a case of the Emperors New Clothes on Sox prospects depth. They are not like Houston or the Cubs. How many of their youth will ever be an all star ? After Eloy any slam dunks? Roberts is a project, zack collins is 24 and still not going to be called up. Like other teams (braves) they have some nice pitching at milb level. I just look through all levels , and dont see any fantasy impact bats . One plus is extremely smart Omar Vizquel moved up to AA manager
