I guess I should have asked how free agent pickups work before I put in what I thought was my "max bid" on Suzuki LOL. In my other Ottoneu league you put in your max bid but you only pay whatever it takes to actually win the player.

So it is really short notice, but who has a problem with the draft being this Sunday, March 13, at 7pm EST?

13th works. Have a dinner for my mother-in-law's 70th bday on the 20th ... right in the middle of the afternoon. Not certain when the end time is there

8pm CST, yikes! Eloy’s Seductive Shirt Buttoning, are all Sundays problematic for you unless later in the evening? The only one remaining undiscussed is this Sunday, March 13.

3/20 in the afternoon/evening is good for me. Prefer Sundays rather than weeknights if 3/20 doesn't work for all. I'm on Pacific time.

3/20 looks good for me and I could do as early as 5 eastern, 4 central.

I would prefer before, so like 5pm EST, but I don't know if that works for others. I am on AST (EST + 1) so the later it gets the worse it is for me.

Any chance we could do an hour or two before / after? I have another draft at that time. I don't mind a little overlap but prefer some lag between the two since the first hour is always the most fun. Thank you!

Based on early responses, I have tentatively set the draft date as Sunday March 20 at 7pm EST. Please let me know if this will not work for you.

I've always found the Sunday evening thing to work well. If memory serves we've started around 6pm CST, but I know we have folks from all over. 3/20 and 3/27 are open for me. If Sunday's aren't good, later on weeknights could work as well. Either way, looking forward to it guys!

Ha! We usually hold the drafts on late Sunday afternoons because that has, historically, been a good time for everyone. The draft discussion is now officially meaningful, so if everyone could please post what draft times work for them we can try to figure out a convenient time.

We have now lost 2 owners, Wiarton and Public Enemy, so if you know of anyone who would like to join the league please let me know. Or, alternatively, I can just mark the teams as abandoned and hope that someone picks them up. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I was unaware there was a draft date selected--we have never drafted on a Wednesday, so I don't know why it was set there. I have changed it to a Sunday in March, but realize that without a season start date it makes little sense. When we know if there is a season we can discuss a proper draft date and time. 😊

I am in another league with a 24 hour trade review window and it doesn't seem to be a problem. If we get 7 owners that agree to a 24 hour review window I will change it. I am for 24. :)
