August 5, 2025 12:57 AM : The Astros announced Monday that Meyers (calf) has resumed running on flat ground, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers is conducting his rehab for a right calf strain in Houston and has taken his first steps in his recovery since hitting the injured list July 11. He's expected to return from the IL at some point in August, but until Meyers is back in action, the Astros will likely get by with a platoon of Taylor Trammell and Chas McCormick in center field.
