• Why is that so ridiculous? What do you expect Swanson to do this year- he had a .383 BABIP last year and struck out in 23% of his PA. At best, he could give you a .340 wOBA, while Grichuk has a career .338 wOBA and is only 25- 2 years older than Swanson. I respect you and everyone's decision in turning down trades, but let's not act like some Dansby Swanson is Cal Ripken Jr. 2.0

• I think you would want both C's if you want to be competitive, but I don't know if you *need* them to actually field a roster or not. Side note, can we trade players straight up for money? If so, Manrui, I would be willing to give you Jose Reyes and Greg Bird (.261/.343/.529 in '15) for $15 and Dominic Smith.

• If i understand the rules right, when you want to pick up a free agent, it triggers a mini-auction for that player. owners can place bids on that FA for a certain amount of time and the high bid wins the player

• Ok guys, initially I really just wanted to get out of the league because I didn't see anyway it could be fun starting at a disadvantage. However, I have been thinking that this may be a nicechallenge moving forward, so I will keep the team. I'll take it seriously, too, and do my best with these scraps. Though I imagine you may be able to chalk up an easy 'W' when you face me (much to my chagrin).

• Want to get some feedback - how does everyone feel about removing manrui from the team and temporarily setting it up with a dummy email account while we look for an owner? If it would help we could get an email account and set it up such that we all could have access to the ottoneu account so no one would be taking advantage of the situation. Everyone ok with that? Manrui just wants to have a clean break so he can start fresh somewhere. Thanks all
