• It's typically just conducted through the site. If you click on the Auction Draft link on the league page you can get a feel for the layout. Basically, owners nominate players in turn and bidding commences. Typically there is a gentleman's agreement not to skip your turn nominating.

• OK thanks to the three new owners for getting through the dispersal draft so quickly! This morning I'll get rosters updated so everyone is legal. I don't think it makes much sense to extend the trade deadline right now, but I get that the new owners are at somewhat of a disadvantage. So what I would propose instead is actually having the draft ASAP to let folks get a full roster and then work on some pre-season trades.
