June 15, 2025 10:28 AM : The Twins placed Lewis (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list Sunday.
Analysis: A left hamstring strain will force Lewis to the IL for the second time this season, after he previously missed the first five and a half weeks of the campaign. Though the recurring nature of the injury is troubling, the Twins are hoping Lewis's absence won't be as lengthy this time around after an MRI revealed that his latest strain is of the mild variety. Even so, he'll likely to miss more than the minimum 10 days. With Brooks Lee and Willi Castro already playing nearly every day at other positions, Jonah Bride could end up seeing the biggest uptick in playing time while Lewis is sidelined.
