I'm vetoing this trade as there can be no other interpretation than collusion. Trading one of the best closers in the game is fine, but ensuring he only costs a dollar going forward is insane. How bad do you have to be at this to think that is a fair trade in any way? I hope my brothers and sisters in this league join me in keeping the league fair from cheats that would seek to win at all costs.

If you're referring to adding Lackey off of waivers for $12, at least my team wouldn't have very much interest in adding him at this time. Just doesn't look all that good at all this year. If you mean my adding and deleting the same message on the message board repeatedly because I kept stumbling with my words, I apologize!

Surprised to see Tulo go for only $14 and Frazier go at full price of $16 but still, two solid pickups. Wish I'd had the cap space to pair them together, Frazier will definitely bounce back. Nice pickup Papal!

Yeah, only the teams that technically finish last get demoted though, it seems we've always had more teams abandoned that demoted anyway. Like, I came in 5th in AAA last year. They just asked me to fill a spot up here so I did. Meanwhile, I'm still running my Triple-AAA team which is currently in 2nd place too. So, hopefully next year I'm just up here but yeah, you're fine. Noticed Fodder is loading up on prospects too because he'll be fine as well it seems. Everybody but last place.

Gotcha, so then the person who finishes last in each league gets demoted, and the person who finishes first gets promoted? I was just curious, as I don't want to stockpile prospects and young players and then have to relinquish my team for next season. Thanks!

Technically, I believe we have 4 leagues (though honestly, no idea why they'd keep guys down in AA and Single-A, could've used a couple of them in AAA this year instead of 2 randoms) but I'm fairly certain with our league we're probably going to have Specter of AlDavis Hijacked MyDraft demoted since he's basically not set a lineup in over a month. Also, Sandals's Man Hole Scandals has said he's quitting as well next year. So I guess we'll have 2 spots to fill next year?

How does it work with someone getting demoted to the other league? Am I right in thinking there are two full leagues, and each year teams will switch between?

There won't be a penalty, you just have to wait for the trade to process before you can edit your lineup.

Kiermaier's had some defensive-lapses lately. Only had 2 errors all of last year, last few weeks he's been struggling defensively. Offensively, he's been disappointing. Team as a whole has been disappointing, giving away games. But, Kiermaier will figure it out. More worried about the bullpen. Turning Chih-Wei Hu into a reliever down in Durham to come be a weapon later on in the season illustrates how badly injured Rays bullpen is right now.

Nobody is happier for you than I am. I hope Klown Kiermaier gets sent back to AAA with all his little-league defense and limp-wristed offense this season. He's an embarrassment.
