Analysis: Harvey has resided on the 15-day injured list April 11 due to a right teres major strain. He made enough progress in his recovery to throw bullpen sessions beginning in late April, but he suffered a setback May 7 and never advanced to facing hitters. Given that he's still being shut down from throwing after the setback, Harvey shouldn't be expected to be activated until at least June.
