Man, i've been slacking on my trash talk lately.....Isolated Kenny Powers reports to camp in the best shape of his life! I absolutely agree, these are my rankings based on my personal values, I am not trying to pretend that I am right. Just thought it would be interesting to share.

Some people draft for need some people draft for best available. or to draft then then trade them. The value of a player is completely different for each person. Like62$ for Kershaw.....I love him but not for that much .

Let me know what your standings are after the auction. When the rosters are filled out. I don't look at someone's team with only half a roster. That's just me though.

I do it both pre-auction (as a measure of keeper strength) and post-auction, and I will be sure to share my post-auction analysis here as well.

If I ranked based only on the $ values of keepers the order would be 1. Isolated Kenny Powers 2. Mysterious Walkers 3. Fifty Shades of Sonny Gray 4. Light Tower Power 5. 45 Fiery Eagles. But that ignores the fact that some teams have a lot more $ to spend at auction than others.

The rankings aren't based just on current talent, but keeper talent plus the talent each team can afford at auction based on remaining salary and inflation. Given just the talent on his team right now Isolated Kenny Powers would have ranked 5th, but since he will need to make cuts to get under the cap he was beaten out (barely) for 5th by 45 Fiery Eagles.

I use a weighted average of 5 different projection systems to arrive at a consensus projection, and then I calculate dollar values using Points Above Replacement. So this ranking is the result of comparing everyone's keeper roster and remaining dollars against those values.
