• Hey everyone, just a friendly reminder that the deadline to renew your team for 2022 is January 31st (though if possible please renew sooner!). Hopefully everyone is planning to return, but if not please let me know ASAP so we can try to find a new manager ahead of that deadline to give them a chance to make a few moves if they want to. We do currently have one available team (Chaos Muppets) if anyone knows anyone who might be interested?

• Hi everyone! My name is Jeff. I'll be taking over The Bohm Squad. I commission a long-time 4x4 league and got my first taste of Fangraphs Points in the OPL this year. I've been on the lookout for a second team for a while now and saw this as a good opportunity to secure a spot in an established league. It's a much better roster than some of the other abandoned teams I've been offered, so I'm looking forward to a competitive off-season and plenty of disscussion!

• Last day to submit arbitration, if you haven’t already done so please do it ASAP. If I have time I’ll try to find neutral ottoneu owners on the ottoneu slack channel to volunteer to submit arb for those who haven’t in the next couple hours. I will likely abandon any teams that don’t submit prior to the deadline this offseason unless there’s a valid reason, as this is a critical component to maintaining a healthy league. Thanks all!

• Thanks to both managers who volunteered to help out (Hell and Back and Redlegs) as co-commissioner! Given Hell and Back has been in the league for a few years now as a steady, active owner, it seemed fair to me to propose to the league that he replace Ocho as the second commish. Any thoughts/questions/concerns?

• I'm hoping to be back next year, and would be willing to be a co-commissioner if needed and the league wants (?), but I'm expecting the first half of next year to be very hectic for me so I would rather not be in charge of managing and coordinating scheduling of the draft for 2022 as I'm afraid I'll drop the ball on that. If Ocho doesn't want to either, is anyone else interested in helping out as co-commissioner (or even as a solo commish if they prefer)?

• Hi all, it seems Jay had to leave. He left Ocho and myself as commish for now, but I'm certainly open to anyone else taking that role if they really want it (I'll let Ocho speak for himself if he's interested). I'm hopeful to be back next year, but as of now I'm not 100% positive. I posted the roster on Slack so hopefully we can get a new manager in sooner than later.
