Astros can certainly pump out the DH types. Very disappointing Yordan didn’t get to hit in Colorado (and he’s the athletic, defensively capable one—at least compared to Beers). I’m thinking of picking up Yuli G just to stick pins in him, create some mysterious pains that might open up 1B for Alvarez....

Tatis will cost Acuna, Soto or like...not your scraps ,single A lottery picks, recent fa adds, and former big names. Flipping the coin, I realize I can't obtain Walker buehler from Kevin without including tatis, guerrero, roberts, riley etc.

I think most or all of us, or at least myself, want a dynasty franchise that competes every year . Not a fan of the yo yo mortgage your future for today, but accept the necessity of it in this format/league. It's just too hard to get impact youth with everyone chasing it now. However, if you have enough prospects ,like ngb, you can become the Dodgers or Astros. There is a Wile E. Coyote GM in here that only ever offers on my Roadrunners..meep meep. Acme raid prospects with package kit.
-
Just read the glowing update on Seth Beer, doesn't it seem Astros are overly blessed with constant waves of high expectation prospects hitting and pitching ? While some teams just have organizational depth at best.
-
Also a little surprised that the Nats have the 3rd best record in the NL. I thought they were dead, looking to trade Rendon to build for the future. Season ends right now and the Cubs have to face Scherzer @DC in a loser go home game.

Little surprised by the Machado-Dahl trade. Dahl seems more useful to NGB (I’m assuming Peralta ends up on the IL, and Corey comes off), and we’ve heard too many times what NGB thinks of Machado. Maybe it’s about winning the salary war more than the league? Or maybe there’s another domino to fall?

I like making holiday trades. Send me an offer

We play 16" soft the ball in Chicago bare handed and I have the fingers to prove it. 23 years at 3b
-
Co-ed softball is such a blast. As a left-handed hitter, I used to love finding that player the opposition was trying to hide in right field!
-
21ppg is pretty impressive! I haven't seen per game numbers like that since I retired from co-ed softball.
-
Apparently the Arizona Rookie League is a step down from the PAC-12... Vaughn averaging 21.4 ppg!! Brent, you should get out to see this guy before he moves on.
-
Reminds of Daryll kyle
-
Not sure what to say about this other that it's sad and shocking, But Tyler Skaggs passed away this morning. https://twitter.com/Angels/status/1145798021780840448?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw
-
If I were among the pluckers, I'd take note that I have two all-star catchers, both on good contracts compared to what they do. Don't suppose anyone could use a $21 Great Sanchino for 2020?
-
Also, even legitimate 10 ppg at Rookie League level means about as much as Malcolm Nunez... anybody still remember that guy...
-
Mere technicality, though I was laughing my ass off as I was typing that message. Hopefully, Adley has a 20-pt debut so I can then boast I have the only 20 ppg prospect in the league!!
-
Is it really "averaging" 10 ppg when its based on one game (for each player)?
-
Yet, I still have two prospects averaging more than 10 ppg and you have none. Folks they're available for plucking!!
-
This league is plucking NGB dry like and old stewing hen
-
Or CJ Cron or Mitch Moreland?
-
Anyone have any interest in Nimmo?
-
Cease to make his major league debut Wednesday in the first game of a doubleheader versus the Tigers.
Not only that, the White Sox are saying that Cease is a member of the rotation now, so he will stick around after Wednesday's outing.
-
I don't make stuff up, especially about food or beer
-
No, but will pick up a bottle at supermarket to take home now that I know it's a real thing.
-
did you try the sauce?
-
Who knew I could pick-up a "California Strong" t-shirt in the Brewers gift shop! I wonder if Yelich could get the Brewer's fans to sing the University of California fight song too? Was nice to see a Hader inning even though I no longer have any shares.

I'm 220# and feel skinny at brewers games
-
Who's the hitting coach in Cleveland, Jose Ramirez? Who's the pitching coach, Blake Snell?
-
I lived fulltime ne of green bay for 3 years , the eating and drinking debauchery is normal modus operandi to them
-
Is that a misprint, or is the Tribe getting pounded 13-0 by the mighty O's for a second game in a row?
-
Eat*
-
That's called tailgating, theve perfected that, and no they will wat inside as well, they never stop eating. Jay Leno got in trouble for saying he felt thin in Milwaukee
-
What ? Its 10 $ , they must Jack it up for weekends
-
Brewers must make very little $$ on concessions... everyone is loading up on food and beer in the parking lot. Explains why parking costs an outrageous $30!!
-
I'll have to get the sauce on round two.
-
Ngb, you are a bit snooty for Milwaukee, its beer ,bowling, blue collar etc..Brent and Kevin fit in nicely, however.
-
Did you get it with secret stadium sauce ?
-
*bratwurst
-
Got my best and my soda, 2nd row off the field a schoosh down the line back of 3B... Pirates just finished BP. Nice trade Cotton!
-
I was a hair away from cutting him for the cap money.
-
Puig is white hot ( finally) ...enjoying the humidity and 90s as many Latin American players do
-
Not gonna happen.
-
Sweet, ngb may finally be in 1st by end of the weekend
-
Dracarys is heating up. Only outscored by NGB over the past 7 days.
-
But wait ,there's more : https://youtu.be/Rn3qnSCRqo4

Sort of surprised no one attempted to push my pain north of $15 on Vaughn.

Ngb is not fat enough for Milwaukee : https://youtu.be/29SrpEG8IJQ

Scrolling down in that link to the “Christie’s” picture...yes, that could be NGB.
