Can someone tell me why Jung Ho Kang doesn't have position eligibility yet? He's started more than 5 games and played more than 10. Still can only play him at UTL.

Also, I am not advocating that we go to that system. I somewhat think that it is a bit extreme.

Some leagues have a minimum points limit that each team has to get to (usually around 14,000 pts from what I have seen). Supposedly that cuts down on people just tanking it. But if you don't get to that threshold, the league has the right to vote you out.

On another note, I check this league 6-10 per week, but this league would see an increase in participation of it were head to head. I know that may not be the best statistically (or may not even be possible in Ottoneau), but falling behind just makes this league a bore. Sure I can pick up a few guys and make a trade for next year, but it's just not the same. That said, I really do like the numbers on this system.

Of course trading is fun, but I like my team. I'm always up for an upgrade, but I get offers that I'm just not even slightly interested in. I'm not going to counter those. This league has a weird obsession with getting counters. If I'm not interested, I'm rejecting.

Look everyone knows who doesn't pay attention, it's not all that hard to figure out. I don't really care where you finish, hell I just make trades that aren't great for me just to get activity going and make something happen. In the past few years, trades have essentially occurred between about 5 teams and no one else would respond. All I'm (and it's not only me) wanting is activity, to respond to/make offers, and not do stupid shit. I think I've gotten one offer in the last 6 months.

I'd like to say that I pay attention to this league. My team sucks. And they aren't playing well at all. My pitching blows and I can't keep a healthy player. That doesn't mean that I don't care about the league or that I don't pay attention. I do. I am on here everyday. I even drafted from my phone while at a play I couldn't skip. I just think it needs to be said that just because you're in the bottom tier doesn't mean you don't care or pay attention.

I actually don't think it was a bad trade. I certainly don't wish it to be the case because I don't like Christian being stronger. But a good haul of prospects. Felix is $60. If Felix got traded at the deadline in real life, the Ms wouldn't get that kind of return

My only complaint, and it's not just Nick, is that it drives me nuts when a few people in the league basically do nothing then all of a sudden jump in and make random crap happen. Basically had this same argument when we voted to replace Aaron. It just potentially wrecks balances of team with deals like this. And again, absolutely well done by you on the deal, I have no issue with you.

Sour grapes? Sure, if I had know I could offer three crap, one decent prospect, and one good I would have definitely made that trade. I'm pretty sure I'm one who every year starts selling off players for prospects. And it isn't a maybe that he could have gotten more. He got MAYBE two decent prospects. Best case he got one good and one decent. You really don't think he could have gotten more?

In a dynasty league, it isn't unreasonable to sell off an overpriced star that you won't be keeping for assets you want. Could he have gotten more? Maybe--that's up to you. Feel free to offer me those offers for Felix if you want. Just seems like sour grapes to me.

That's not true. I've checked my team/made trades/came to the draft (granted my draft appearance was poor this year). But last year I believe 2 teams finished lower than me so if you think I should be out of the league then what about the 2 owners below me? You gonna kick them out too ?

It matters because you've been essentially non-existent in the league for a couple years. You clearly don't care about it, which is absolutely fine, but just drop out of the thing and get someone in here who will pay attention and try more than once every two years.

I don't know why you're freaking out? I got a handful of good prospects and opened up cap space. Felix isn't doing me any good while I'm sitting in last place. What will help me is getting prospects and building for the future. I have solid SP and can manage to make up some of what I lost with Felix. But I'm not sure why I'm writing this because your opinion doesn't matter.
