@south side, I think that would only make sense if we wanted to increase each person's total investment above the current $100.
In our current league structure, I believe the payouts are 600/300/100 ($1,000 total), meaning Ottoneu takes $200 total. If we do a $20 league with no official payouts, that's $240 total that Ottoneu gets. So it ends up being about the same either cut to them either way.

Any thoughts on doing $20 to Ottoneau next season, and doing our pot through a third party or just between us? Ottoneau do take a cut.

Per his wishes, I have abandoned NYS' team, which removes him from the ability to manage the team. Essentially, he sent the same antagonistic message to at least three teams. People responded negatively to his antagonism but did not escalate it to a personal/problematic/etc level. He then complained to me about other people without providing the context of his instigating. I have reviewed the conversations and it is clear that NYS instigated, nobody else went too far, and he could not handle it.

I really don’t have any motivation to continue with this league. I like a relationship with a league via smack or competition. This league is full of skin thinners which makes it very unpleasant. Please abandon my team.

All, NYS has notified me that he will compete for the remainder of the season but does not intend to return for future seasons. Following this season, we will use the website's tools to seek a replacement owner.

From my reading of the rules, pitchers are only eligible to gain stats if they are used in the way that aligns with the slot. So in that case they would not accrue stats for that game

Question: If you have pitcher who's an SP/RP, if you place him in the SP slot, do you get stats if he comes in as an RP and vice versa?

I for one plead not guilty to this teams annoyance for I have never offered the easily offended owner an offer. In a world of judgement I am of the opinion just handle your drama one on one and enjoy the game. Hit the reject button if you do not like an offer and don’t bring the rest of us into your drama.

Fellow owners, can we please stop trying to fleece people in trades?! It's really obnoxious behavior and doesn't build trust among complete strangers. Pro Tip: Before you offer a trade to someone, ask yourself if you would accept if you were the other party. If the answer is no, don't send it.
