• So if Papi doesn't intend to set lineups it is a moot point. As commish, I am saying that I will be removing Papi as an owner shortly, best of luck to him. The trade that already occurred, lacking any official rules against it, will go through like any other trade, which means that people have the choice to vote to veto if they so choose. I will not be voting to veto, I don't think it is lopsided although I have my own preference on side I like more, but not enough to veto

• I am not opposed to the sort of rebuilding trades he is making, even if he is leaving. If he was selling all future value and taking on big loans with the intention of bailing after this year, that would be different, But in theory, he is trying o leave a better team. So I don't mind.

• I think booting Papi is not ideal, if he wants to keep playing with the team he paid for, and is checking his lineups, I think that is more good than harm. I am contemplating putting forward the idea of a trade freeze on Papi going forward until the owner is replaced, and would like people's opinions.

• While I don't think the recently accepted trade was horrible, I don't love the idea of a person who has openly admitted to leaving the league (Papi), who is probably out of contention now, making trades. I would like to start a discussion of how this should be handled in this league going forward. I don't personally intend to vote to veto this trade.

• The important changes are that everyone keeps any position eligibility they have this season going into next, but only gain new eligibility according to the original rules. That and new IP caps. Looking forward to a season, even a shortened weird one
