Anyone heard from the Teddys? Looks like he disappeared on us.

Collins-Winkler Group's trade block has been updated!
-
We both get things we want and we both take some serious risk.
-
Yea... Part of me looks at that trade and freaks out, while the other part laughs evily.
-
now that is an interesting trade!
-
hey guys, be nice. remember, tomorrow is a latter day!
-
My feathers are not ruffled. I just don't find it necessary to judge every transaction as if your opinion is the only one that counts. We will see how my decision to pay $32 for Pujols turns out. Until then let us all focus on making our teams better.
-
LoL I love ruffling your feathers. And I acquired Castro in a deal that included Marte and Cole. I'd make that trade again everyday of the week.
-
Fellows, please cut out the name calling.

Umm, "stupid decisions" Rotowizard? I am playing for next season. I have to figure if Pujols' foot gets right he should be well worth $34 next year. I would, however, file $30 for Starlin Castro very near the "stupid" department.

Thanks Death.

Roto Wizard's trade block has been updated!
-
Alright, I think I'm cashing in for this season. Block update coming
-
thats the most boring trade ive ever seen
-
Ordonez, CWG and I just decided to reverse the trade. So he's sending Desmond and Robertson back my way and I'm sending Gausman and Rios back.
-
Seems kinda familiar, right?
-
Sorry death, for the slow response. Can you message me again exactly who to add/drop?

That trade is totally unfair!! VETO! ;-)
-
I'm in the market for a 1B that has keeper potential. Willing to trade one or two of Cole, Locke, Colon, Parker, Lohse, Rollins, Hardy, Castro or Martin/Lucroy for it.
-
I 100% did not mean to accept that trade, as you can tell by my response. A little help?
-
Death by Bunting's trade block has been updated!
-
Actually screw it. Fielding offers for Verlander, Bautista, CC and others. I'll update my trade block with details.
-
I'm gonna wait and see for about a week or two, but if I don't make a run here soon Verlander and Bautista are going on the block. Just something to keep in mind for those that are in contention.
-
mujica is also on the block to anyone who needs a top flight closer
-
Roto Wizard's trade block has been updated!
-
I have 3 good closers on my roster if anyone needs one for the stretch run. Willing to deal any one of them (Papelbon, Nathan, Veras) for the right deal.

Lol! C'mon Roto... i dont think anyone of us wants this to degenerate into name calling. But in all fairness, you're the one that brought up the whole "getting offended by trades" thing. It's all good from my end, though... Cheers!

Just wanted to introduce myself - I just bought this team because I'm bored as shit at work...looking forward to be in this league, I'm in the cellar right now so no need to worry about me catching up

No, I don't think you're all idiots, just you. #BURN. In all seriousness, i'll stop, if my trade offers offend you THAT much. I'll stop. Though honestly? Being offended by a trade offer in a fantasy league? Take your tampons out guys
-
Guess I missed a lot when I went away for the weekend.
-
I have only been here a week and the trade Roto sent me was laughable so I made a real fast opinion but it looks like I may have been right...I agree with St. Louis it makes me not want to counter.

also, i dont agree with roto wizards tendency to float horrible offers. you think we're idiots? it makes us not counter, and not want to trade with you
-
it seemed a fair trade to me
-
Dude. I'm over it. The return on a $57 Cutch wasn't enough to maintain fair play. I'm not going to sit here and argue about it any longer. Move on.
-
And i can compare this scenario to anything that involves supply and demand. If you're hungry, a $60 bag of apples works right now over the potential to eat three bags tomorrow for $8. If you're not hungry, you'll trade your $60 bag before it spoils. See?

The point is only hypothetical because we weren't dumb enough to accept. And if you didn't anticipate we would, then why troll us with bullshit offers to begin with. Start with something fair from the get-go!

I also find it funny that you're comparing real life trades to fantasy trades.
-
You're making hypothetical points, those trades weren't accepted, nor did I anticipate that they would be. This one was, I wasn't the only one who vetoed, so obviously it's not as cut and dry as you claim.
-
Team's in competition with me aren't supposed to 'like' this trade. But if it's fair, that's another question. You think the rest of NL Central liked when Brewers sent their prospects for Sabathia (rental player), Beltran to Giants, Cliff Lee to Phils?

So if i would've accepted your trash offers for Harvey (a top 5 Pitcher RIGHT NOW - who only costs $8), that would've been acceptable? So, good if it works for you but not for someone else huh? Or would you've reversed the trade cause it's wrong? Exactly

Please, it's called negotiating. You don't offer the world right off the bat. The 'Cutch deal was a joke, plain and simple, I wasn't the only manager who felt that way. If half this league even paid attention, I'm sure it wouldn't have passed
-
I too have been offered scraps and spare parts for multiple stud players MANY times by Roto Wizard. Sounds like someone is out of touch with real market value.
-
Dude, besides, you were trying to package Ozuna and some scraps for Harvey my way like that was reasonable. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

I don't see how that's too little for a two month rental player, whether you think he's top 5 or not. A consensus top 10 prospect, who to HWC's point, can be a mainstay as early as next year. Sounded fair to me.
