Hey yall, just want to keep you all in the loop. The penalty free cut I gave PBE to help with his goof messed up the salary of Burnes. At this time it has been 30 days since Techwood originally cut him and I imagine he would have started the auction to reduce his cap penalty if PBE hadn't so as soon as I hear back from TJ I am going to add Burnes to his roster at the $22 minimum and let him cut. This will reset his cap penalty and return Burnes to the $11 min bid that he should be.
