  • “All in-season auctions are Vickrey auctions with blind bidding. The player is awarded to the team that makes the highest bid, and the player's salary is $1 more than the second highest bid. If there are no other bids, the player is awarded for $1 or the player's cap penalty if applicable. If two teams are tied for the highest bid, the player salary is that amount. If no one bids at all, the nominating team is awarded the player for $1 or the player's cap penalty if applicable“

  • You can be 100 on everyone but if you’re the highest bidder “the system” only bids $1 more than the next highest bidder to win the auction.
    It’s not the same as FAAB where everyone just blind bids.
    It’s explained better than I can do on the rules page of the site here.

  • Just wanted to remind everyone that 30 days after you drop someone, you can reauction them, win, cut them again, and you get half the salary back. Or if someone else wins the auction, you get all of the salary back. Save some cap space…
