May 2, 2025 8:26 AM : Guardians manager Stephen Vogt said Thursday that Sewald will be out "a while" after a recent MRI revealed a right shoulder strain, MLB.com reports.
Analysis: Sewald was placed on the injured list Tuesday and seems likely to miss beyond the minimum 15 days. The right-hander had a good start to the season but endured a troublesome five-appearance stretch in which he posted a 12.27 ERA before he was placed on the IL.
