6 walks to 2 strikeouts is pretty terrible, though. The fact that he was getting a no-hitter out of it was pure luck, I think.

33 points?! That's it? I guess sometimes you get some odd looking results with this format. Liriano throws a no-no and only scores 33 points. Last week Burnett went 2/3 IP, 4 hits, 4 ER, 1 BB and still scored .33 points.

9*5-6*3+2*2=33 points?

Ha, yeah, it was like 9 innings worth of John Lannan
-
Highly recommend pick six. Hardly takes any time, and is a ton of fun. As for Liriano, pretty crazy. How many points was last night?s performance worth? Not all that many, I?d imagine, given the BBs and the few Ks.

Also, does anyone else find it funny that I cut Liriano and he throws a no-hitter?

Not yet. I'm sure I'll get sucked into it eventually though. Liriano is now on waivers / free agency, for those who care. (I'd love that 11$ coming off my books!)

Another league note: Niv is reporting that Hotmail / live.com is still blocking ottoneu emails from going through. If you use these, he recommends you switch your account email. If that's not feasible for you, I can try to forward messages. Let me know.

Belt's been taking walks, it makes no sense to me. The peripherals are all supporting the "His numbers will get better" camp. 15% LD rate, 55% GB rate, yet only a .237 BABIP. Sucks that the only reason he's being demoted is service time.

Wonder if we can get the nickname RuRo (said in Scooby Doo voice) to stick for R.D.L.R.
-
Yep, what did they give him, 42 PAs in the bigs to prove himself? Giants may end up demoting Belt but at least he's had more ABs and would be sent down to make room for a solid player in Cody Ross.

Not sure which I like better, Rubby or Wandy
