• Final reminder - Today is draft day! See you at 8:30 pm ET. I checked the community forum about the technical difficulties with the auction. There have not been new reports of issues. It sounds like Niv has been working on it. We should be good to go. If you experience trouble during the draft chime on the chat. We can also plan for an occasional break or two as needed. I expect it will take us around 2 hours or so if we do not experience any trouble. See you online!

• Like I said, we were able to trudge through but fixes had to be made. If we have to stop and finish another time, I'll be facing a Tropical Storm or Hurricane late Tuesday/Wednesday but I'll try and make it. I hope it's fixed before Sunday though.

• It might be a good idea to plan a backup date as the 85'ers suggested in case we get hung up on Sunday. At the moment, either Monday the 28th or Tuesday the 29th would work for me. However, I would not be able to start until 9 pm EDT. Having said that, hopefully, we can complete the auction on Sunday as planned.

• Thanks Barkaneers! I would recommend everyone read the form post linked. The relevant parts are toward the end. To summarize, if I followed it correctly, it appears that there is a lag caused at the end of each player auctioned when the system updates each team's watchlist. If you make extensive use of your watchlist in the draft room you will experience a greater lag. Niv is going to make it so the watchlists do not remove players who have been drafted to get around this issue. So, your watchlist will still show players who are no longer available during the draft.

• I had a draft last night and it was pretty glitchy. It froze after about every 2-3 auctions. The commish had to stop the timer after each auction for a while. There were times that we had no idea that someone had been nominated until after the auction. If the commish put the player back, there was an issue with that owner's cap. We had to contact Niv a few times to fix the cap issue. So I'd say that we should have some contingency plan. We almost postponed the remainder but trudged on. It took a while. The commish here might want to reach out to Niv to see if there are any ways to prevent these things from happening.

• My thoughts were the leauge would not get stale with possibly same teams stuck in a division year after year that may be stronger than others..but keeping the top 2 teams yearly keeps the rivalries of the past year in tact..

• Scotty (The Game!) suggested that we realign the divisions by leaving the top two teams in each division and moving the remaining teams. I think this is a great idea. My proposal would be that we rotate the 3rd place down a division so that A3 -> B; B3 -> C; and C3-> A. Then the 4th place teams go up a division. B4-> A; C4-> B; and A4 -> C. Any objections?
