Jim, I've promoted him to your squad. I think I've been doing this the wrong way for the last couple of years, in that we should at least show the footprint of having them "on a roster" even with the cut. So I'll promote for a manual cut moving forward, just FYI. Totally transactional and for visibility on the players page.

Appropriate reminder from another league’s commissioner: “Wednesday is the last day of the season, which I believe means today is the last day to start auctions that will end in time for players to potentially be kept. Unless there are possible tiebreaker scenarios out there that might bleed into Thursday? Also, everyone must have a legal roster as of the end of the day Wednesday as well (based on each team's own individual number of roster spots and cap space as of that day). Thanks!"

Just made a bunch of promotions that were pre-9/1 callups. Please keep those in mind as your guys get called up, so I don't have to sweep those lists. No promotions have to be made now that we're in September, but you still can if you'd like to do so.

Anyone looking for a catcher, I've got two solid options that I'd be willing to part with, for cheap. Not looking to move Rutschman, but Gary Sanchez and Jonah Heim have both been reliable and affordable options all season.
