I'm not interested in either Victor Scott nor Cowser, so I threw in Tanner Scott, who is on the IL and might not be their closer when he returns (especially if the Cardinals trade them Helsley). If you don't like the idea of Scott, what about Mize? If not Mize, I'm in need of a RP and don't care about saves this year.
