I have done 9 different drafts and chrome hasnt worked for any its a random thing I guess

I used Chrome for a draft last week and I think they fixed it - but yeah good call, better safe than sorry

Make sure if you use chrome you check to see your draft room works before tomorrow nights draft

hey all..check to see if your draft rooms work, mine didn't and I got an error message, contacted Niv and he said some people with chrome are having that issue..I had to download firefox to get it to work, you may want to check now in case you have to do same.

Draft date has been set for Sunday March 17th @ 8pm. This was the date that worked for the most amount of people. Thanks

As stated before, I intended to make cuts and will make cuts. I think allowing an overzealous commissioner and a vocal minority to make league decisions with their emotions sets a dangerous precedent. I hope all receive equal treatment going forward. As a public league, I think we defer to the site settings, which I stated in the past. Voice your concerns to the creator if you need. Tread on King George, tread on.

Regardless if players were intended to be cut or not I think the discussion needed to be had for clarification going into future off-season's. As commissioner I feel that is "my role". Season 5 is correct as commissioner I am able to make cuts for those who need them.

no idea what your talking about with glass houses, but the commissioner in league 1 is one player over the roster limit because when the season ended, graham ashcroft's status went from 60 day IL to being listed as "OUT," so he lost a roster spot. He is still on the 60 day IL in real life. He didn't add anyone late to break the roster limit. This also happened on your team to ashcroft and lodolo, which is why you're 6 over and not just the 4 over that were added.

Cast thy stones Losers. I tried to cut players, but the site locked the rosters. I "willingly" exceeded the roster limits, I think not. I can search the site as well. The commissioner of the original league currently holds more players than spots, want to go after that person too? I will gladly send my cuts to the commissioner if he holds that power. Better yet, maybe I will give you, with your vast moral superiority, the power to choose the players. Enjoy your glass house.

Also here is ottoneu rule 1.c. “At no time shall a team willingly go over roster and salary cap limits. If a team knowingly does this, they will face penalties at the discretion of their league's commissioner.” If you add 4 players knowing you won’t be able to make cuts after midnight, commissioner can actually be a dictator and institute a punishment at their discretion

Just to clarify this is not an IL issue. 4 players were picked up at the end of the season that there were no room for on the roster. Fine by me though just want us all to be on the same page as I did not think this was allowed and in case others thought the same. Thanks.

I wouldn’t make up league specific rules. I’d let OTTONEU fix it if it needs to be fixed. As someone mentioned, it isn’t malicious, it is players coming back from IL late and the manager is probably looking at fantasy football if they aren’t in top 4

It also probably shouldn’t be a big deal, that team has 6 guys who would never be kept on his roster, he should just cut those

I think the difference is having an illegal roster before the season ended, which is not allowed in the rules, vs a teams roster limit changing in the offseason due to guys coming off the 60 day IL, which is allowed in the rules

My opinion is it is fine with me you have to be at 40/400 by jan 31 . I'm personally fine wit it, you could have 5 or 6 60day dl players who clubs activate at seasons end and now your over.

I personally am not in favor of this and think we need to maintain roster & cap limits heading into the offseason. It becomes a slippery slope if teams start rostering 50+ players at the end of a season. Also being over the roster limit does not prevent teams from participating in arbitration.

This will be a 2 part post.
A league question that needs addressing has come to my attention.
There is a team in the league that is currently over their roster limit. They have 48/42 roster spots filled. Because we are currently not setting lineups there is no consequences to this team. We need to decide as a league if we think it is ok to go over the roster and/or cap limits heading into the offseason. This issue has come up in other leagues and has been spoken about in the Otton
