The trade you proposed is not bad, but I'd like to just keep it on the table for now as I am a big Flaherty hater lol. I would first like to make sure I do my due diligence on Fried and Ryan by making this offer and showing you my other pieces. (I'd probably also do Ryan instead of Fried here, and a rebalance with no Hoffman works too). I probably also have Polanco, O'hearn, Canzone, and Kepler available, the latter two being throw ins if wanted.
