• Good Q. I have looked at the surplus calc. Remember it is based on projections. The only guarantee with projections is that they are wrong. They are great for large scale averages, but are pretty much guaranteed to be wrong at the individual level. So you have to ask yourself whether you agree with the projection. The $ should not be taken as gospel. They are an estimate.

• Folks, I've made a difficult decision. I didn't like it, but here it is. I've canceled the trades involving Rookie Player and removed the owner from the league. I've also removed the owner of Knights of the Shadow. I had some grounds to suspect collusion. I was not able to get anything close to satisfactory answers to my (rather direct) questions. In fact, I didn't get much of any response at all. I decided it was better to act now than have to do this in-season.
