• I'd vote to just enforce the ottoneu rule, force owner to cut player, preferably the one(s) that put him over cap. Penalizing on score is fine early in season, but becomes less of deterrent later if it's non competitive team

• I do not believe that it is possible to win being over cap and not being allowed to do anything like pickup, trade or adjust rosters. But we have a cap for a reason so if we give the owner 72 hours to fix it seems fair then we deduct high day points until fixed.

If you are over roster limits and the cap drop players to get under the rules, You will have a day to do it, If you do not do it your highest point for the day is deducted but not the player until you are back in good standing. Sorry about the ruckus this caused

• Guys, let's keep it civil and not bring up past issues (that is beneath us). Trump is just trying to enforce rules and gauge other people's thoughts. The role of commissioner can be tough, but it is important for us to maintain balance. I also agree the the current penalties are stiff enough. But if your roster is illegal, you should not be surprised at some public shaming. It's all part of it. Let's have fun!!!

• I also vote no. The penalty of not being able to make any roster moves at all should be sufficient enough. Not one team did this last year so I really think it'll be a nonissue. Dropping players off a team, especially highest scoring lowest price, would be a huge deal.

• Being that there has been 2 teams over cap for the first 2 days I vote that we put in a 1 day rule for being Over cap / roster limits and the penalty be we drop the highest scoring lowest dollar player each day until it is fixed . Please vote with 7 out of 12 being the majority . My vote is cast for a yes on this
