• From what I have read on slack, people seem to drop out of Otto leagues from 1-4 owners or so per season. It also seems fairly easy to replace teams and find people who want to join leagues. I wouldn't sweat it too much.

• I agree with "Down in the Count", I am hoping this will be a more than 1-2 year league. If we lose a couple owners after year 1 we could replace them. I don't really want to do an otto league if the plan is short term. Is everyone else on the same page?

• How are we supposed to think about the future the of this league? It is clearly a beginners league now, but is the hope/thought that the league will stay together into the future? Or is the idea that this is only a 1 (or 2) year league and will disband after that. These questions have implications for how teams might construct their rosters.

• so I am also having some issues setting up a slack account. I clicked on the link provided and it asked for my email address....which since ottoneau can't use hotmail i created a gmail account. I used willia.surran but dropped the @gmail.com like it says on the slack signup screen and then says an email has been sent to complete signup. But where does the email go to? I have not receieved one at gmail and do not know where I would locate willia.surran@ottoneau.com. Thanks for any help.

• Draft will definitely be in Spring - Mid to late March - Weekends would probably be ideal, especially dealing with different time zones and work schedules. Thoughts?

• I like the idea of breaking the draft up over two (or even three) nights. I'm in the eastern time zone and would be available during the evening hours (7-10 pm), depending on the particular day. Afternoons would usually be okay on the weekends. I suppose a time in mid to late March might make sense for the draft.
