• From the results of the poll, we will be drafting this Friday at 6pm ET. Please can those who have said they are unable to make this date either look for a proxy or let me know if you want me to try and find one via the ottoneu community. I know the likelihood of a season playing out as planned is still debatable but I do feel if we don't take the opportunity to draft now, and deal with the difficulties of whatever happens, we never will.

• Honestly I have zero faith they'll ever be able to come to an agreement for 2020. I'd say we might as well hold off until they're actually starting spring training? Whether there ends up being any games this year, and how many, will have such a big impact on draft values that I would hate to draft without having a decent idea of either.

• I just keep moving the date along so it doesn't pass by. I do think we should start discussing potential draft dates in case the owners and MLBPA do suddenly come to an agreement. Without trying to guess a season start date, how are we all feeling about being free to draft currently? Do we all have free time because we're in some form of lockdown?

• I think the latest now is that the absolute earliest we'll see MLB play is mid-May, with most GMs expecting something closer to a July start. I never wanted to play fantasy baseball anyway! :(

• Based on Niv's reply to his post (linked at the top of the league pages) "Once we know when MLB Opening Day is, the available draft dates will be adjusted and extended as far out as necessary." I think it makes sense to delay and draft closer to opening day, whenever that may be. Unless people strongly disagree with that, I'll send a new date poll out this weekend based on just the first 2 weeks of the season being postponed. We'll then re-assess if that 2 weeks changes.

• Moving the time is fine by me. If it's justv by 15 mins then I hope everyone is good to join for around 6pm then wait til we're all present. If it's moving by 30 mins then we can agree to join at 6.30. If anyone is unhappy with 6.30pm start speak up!

• Thanks, I'll always have those screenshots of those brief shining moments when I was on the top of that leaderboard back in May! Got some good breaks and managed to avoid the injuries that sunk certain other teams... I think it's going to be hard to beat Houston, but I like the Dodgers a lot too. Good for Houston that they have home field advantage if they get to the WS, felt like there were parts of the year where the Dodgers were just unbeatable at home.
