His 48-hour grace window has already passed, so given the ASB, I'm going to promote to the French Dips roster immediately. Assuming so, he will be on the 48 hour promotion clock from 5MiLB for French Dips after his first PA. Or he can be promoted at any time before that at Toby's request.
