Yea, I'm suggesting it's going to need to be an actual consequence and not just that I promote him without their consent. We won't implement anything mid-season, but there might need to be a change in the offseason. For the record, I just promoted Colson Montgomery and Brice Matthews.

It's not a penalty for the player to be added after the fact when the rule says within 48 hrs. As someone who has been guilty of this recently, I agree with the commish that if we're going to have 5milb rosters it should primarily be on the owners to call guys up timely.

I thought the penalty was that they were automatically added to the roster, per the rules.

I've had to remind a very high percentage of owners that their 5milb guys need to be promoted. It shouldn't be on me to track everyone's 5milb rosters and make sure they are up to date. If this continues the rest of this season at anything close to this rate, we're going to have to implement penalties for owners that don't promote their 5milb guys promptly. Please pay attention to your rosters and promote guys when required. Thanks.

Alright, that's a wrap. I feel pretty good about that draft because I actually knew 80-90% of the players picked this this time around. That's pretty good for me! I'll update the rosters on the spreadsheet and the Restricted List sometime between now and the draft. See everyone on March 2!
