• We have 8 responses to the draft poll and no 100% for any of the dates. Can we get some feedback on the times? We could shorten the initial draft, shift the times a little later and maybe cut it off at two hours and then complete the rest of the draft offline through the in-season auction rules. Let me know what everyone thinks. I really would like to find a time this weekend or early next week to hold the draft. Thanks again everyone!

• I'd at least like to wait ~2 weeks until the back half of feb. any time after that is fine with me. Not too picky. We have had a hard time in past years getting a date that works for everyone so if we at least start the planning process looking at some of the "earlier" dates it might help us find something that works for everyone.

• Usually the consensus has been that drafting later helps with risk mitigation for spring training injuries. If people would agree we could allow cap penalty free cuts on drafted players who are injured in between the draft and opening day. Just thinking about scheduling
