Draft date/time officially 3/5 at 10 am. The draft is online just like last year, however all are invited to show up with computer/tablet in hand and do it in person.

And while your friends won't necessarily understand the sacrifices you'll make for to realize your dreams. I will miss marte and dozier. My original thought in draft time was to do like 11. Alternatively we could do the night before at like 6:30. Not sure if people prefer daytime or night time drafts.

I hate to try and propose something that was already been set, but my only other thought on this is that there really shouldn't be a difference in player evaluations from March 5 to let's say February 20th as an example. All major free agent signings should be completed by then and you're only talking about missing a half week of Spring Training games.

I believe it is better for the league to have as small of an inactive period as possible, but that is just my opinion.

Inactive period approaching: Good Morning League, I was having a conversation with the Commish this morning where he made me aware that after the cut day on February 1 to the draft day on March 5 all of the rosters are to be frozen. This means there will be no activity allowed by the website such as trades or cuts. I was wondering what you guys thought about limiting this inactive period and pushing the draft up to the weekend of Feb 19 -21 or perhaps another day in February.
