I'm not 100% sure but I think the full cap penalty goes away if you cut someone and then they are picked up by someone else.

I’ve said this for years. Makes no sense you can throw 7 let up 2 runs, both homers and have a worthless day. Has to change.

I ask because a hold is only for an inning or so, but a QS has to be 6 IP or more with 3ER or less.
If the 3 runs are all solo HRs, you basically get no pts.
