(AP) Los Niños Del Maíz today announced a rebrand ahead of the 2022 season. The team will now be known as the Moline Plowboys, a nod to the 3-I League from the early 1900s.

All - I texted the commish last night and he asked me to post it here. I don't know what happened, but I wasn't in on Barnhart at all. Didn't bid on him, and have no idea how I "won" him. I asked if he could be assigned to What's On Second, who started the auction and was the only other bidder. Anybody have issues with this?

Welcome IchiroSamba to the league, he is a newbie so be nice to him. I don't subscribe to the free cuts mid year, but i did remove the $13 penalty for Ozuna so Ichiro should have plenty of wiggle room to make cuts/auctions.

We certainly did not mean to cause concerns with the trade and were just trying to be creative to balance the salary cap implications. They have talked about these types of trades in the community forum and the main point was to document the trade fully so the league could understand and review the whole trade (i.e. there are no side deals outside the documented trade.)

Hey all, some people have expressed concern about the trade with nomination stipulations. I am traveling and don't really want to expend much mental energy on this right now. So if you have a problem with it please express now and/or use your veto . For whatever it's worth I don't love it but also don't care much since it's in the open (giving people the right to veto) and the trade is fine as is.
