There is also a possible rule change. We can reduce the trade window from 48 hours to 24 hours. We talked about it last year, but we did not come to a consensus until it was too late to change the rule. We're currently at ten teams, so I'll change the rule if we can get 5 owners to vote yes.

We currently have at least two available teams, Puns and McCutchen. Before we go looking for another owner I wanted to see if anyone knew someone who would be interested. Just contact Silver or myself if you do. If no one does then we will start looking at the beginning of arbitration.

Arbitration is coming up here in a couple of weeks. It’s important for everyone to participate as it helps keep the league more competitive. If you’re not sure what arbitration is, read over the rules (tab on league page). If you don’t plan to return next season, please contact Plural Nouns or myself as soon as possible so we can start looking for another manager to ensure they have enough time to participate in the offseason. Congrats Silver....nearly wire-to-wire dominance....great season. I have never tried harder to make deadline deals with zero luck. I really wanted to make it a race with some of those prospect for salary deals made in every league...no takers.

I am ready to concede this one to Silver...you're having a great year. With 5 excellent prospects, excess relievers & starters, and a willingness to take on any bloated contract...since mid-July, dozens of trade offers denied or left unanswered for weeks. Unfortunately, it looks like there is no challenge to be mounted. Disappointing inactivity.
