I'm looking to trade one of my 3 catchers for a pitcher. Please send a message if you're interested.
-
He stopped doing a good job when he moved Pick6 to SBN. He wasn't paying attention to Ottoneu, and the relaunch at SBN was both late and incomplete.
-
He really needs a person to help him with stuff like this and his code changes. I know he had a job posting a while back but the requirements were pretty steep!
-
Niv refuses to manually handle the half-dozen significant promotions per month, instead waiting for whatever slow roster service he uses. Sadly, no commish tool for me to do it.
-
Rizzo not available (shows as minor league). various DL players move from minors to majors from time to time. Grrr.
-
OMG Lincecum had a quality start! (by the minimum definition of QS).
-
Looking to acquire an additional OF. Willing to trade prospects if you're interested.

I'm looking for a SS if anyone wants to discuss...
-
That was so fast I'm wondering if I got swindled.

Pillar of Teeth's trading block has been updated!
-
All this dropping is hurting my head.
-
Carpenter isn't worth $11, but when he clears waivers, you all should really think about starting an auction for him. $6 minimum, not ridiculous if he's back in a month. (Please give me cap space!)
-
Woo-hoo! Santana!

This is getting ridiculous.
-
Oh my goodness, we're really going for it now. That should shake things up a bit!
-
2nd to 7th in a week or so. Depressing.
-
The Rime of Jamie Moyer's trading block has been updated!
-
Six injuries since the season started.... blah. Morse/Young/Werth especially painful.
-
From the time it was announced that Pineda was out for the year, it was probabaly 2-3 weeks before he was listed here at 60 day DL...
-
Dammit Brewers, are you seriously not putting Gamel on the 60-day yet? Why would you release a player instead?
-
You're welcome, Pillar. grumble grumble grumble

Not alone in last! Edit: Not in last at all!
-
BOURJOUS for HARPER?
-
will be in attendance scouting HARPER and STRASBURG tomorrow in LA. SEND ME UR TRADE OFFERZ NOW!!!
-
I'm 3rd at the moment, but closer to 11th than to 2nd.
-
Somehow I'm in last by a mile, but I'm only in last on one individual stat, and there I'm tied. And I'm 2nd in WHIP. That's weird.
-
I feel a .300 OBP with 2 HRs over his next 34 PAs. He's at 46 today, so when he's at 80 we can see who was closer.
-
I feel a 0-34 streak coming for him....
-
He's also getting BABIPed a bit too, would have OBP of .267 at career BABIP, SLG .523 if the "missing" hits were all singles.
-
Correction: 7 non-outs, 4 HRs, 1 BB. 2 true outcome guy is right. It's unquestionably been a terrible, terrible, terrible start to the season. But he's on "pace" for 36 HRs! It's mind-boggling to hit that many out while providing so much negative value!
-
Adam Dunn's OPS was 569 last year, Alvarez is 473 (as of right now). It was 402 before the games today. Wowsers.
-
He's verging on two outcome guy. He is more infuriating and frustrating than Chris Davis.
-
Alvarez has 6 plate appearances that weren't outs, and half of them are home runs. I'm not sure how he manage to hit two singles in one game last Saturday.
-
Pedro Alvarez sighting....
-
Niv mentioned a stats problem on twitter. It seems like he might be deigning to run his game again.
-
AND as soon as I typed that, they are all ok. Blah.
-
sorry - NOT adding up properly
-
My stats are adding up properly (in the total rows) from yesterday - anyone else?
-
Vetoing the trade is fine with me.
-
It's no biggie to me - just something i hadn't seen before and was curious what others thought. I'm totally fine with the trade, as I would not have put a claim in for him.
-
OK I thought about it and you guys are right: if there's a market for him, there'd be a waiver claim, and if there's no market, no one would agree to take him off my hands via trade. The only advantage of a trade is that it gets emailed out.
-
Also, if you'll note, after claiming Street on waivers, I'm a man over the roster limit, so I was going to cut him if I couldn't trade him.
-
It's really just to avoid the cap penalty of dropping him. A reliever stuck in the minor leagues who isn't even at the minimum cost? I was halfway surprised it got accepted.
-
I hope no one sees this as me pitching (rather than throwing?) a fit, I'm just curious as I've never seen a something for nothing trade. (something for cap space, yes, but not this)
-
I'm not going to object to the trade, but doesn't a trade usually involve something moving in both directions? Just curious how others feel about this - I really feel like the proper way to do this is drop and waiver claim.
