Agree to respond within a reasonable amount of time to reasonable trade offers. I keep my block up to date most of the time and I'm not going to spend my time sending counter offers to deals that include multiple players not on my block.

Agree with JHey, with the messages option (which is now much improved over years past) and receiving email for any new messages or transaction.

The messages are easy enough. You even get an email when you have a new message or trade offer.
