• Also in my league I give out my phone number in the event someone loses connection has an emergency etc. We also do you get one “oops” where you miss your nomination and I’ll unlock you. Anything after that needs a strong excuse to unlock your draft. It’s terrible for the floor if people skip nominations.

• I’ve found it successful to schedule a 15 minute break every two hours. If all members agree to skip it then you can skip it. But that gives people time to pee, get a beer. Etc.

• Personnaly, never seen a start-up league draft go under 5 hours and more (must of been a combo of well prepared and experienced participants to do it in 4 hours). I also done a two day draft to break it up. I'll go with what the majority decides

• I've been in many, it cannot be done in less than 5-6 hours IMO, so if you start at 19:00, you finish around midnight-01:00 maybe later. I have no problem with it, you got to put the time needed in new start up league, the years after it will 2-3 hours or less depending on slots to be filled.

• I’ve done it on here where we broke it up into 2 nights and I’ve done it where we just took a small break half way through. Either way is a time commitment but I’ll admit that I liked getting it all done in one night
