Hanley is back. JJ Hardy is available to the highest bidder.

Three HR in an inning off Cain... stop the insanity!
-
I think Dan Uggla just struck out again...
-
Note: Omar Infante can play ball.

Siri is useless when it comes to Fantasy Baseball advice.

Has Been Advised Of The Rules's trade block has been updated!

Do a Google for Scooter Attaboy. He's the beer man in the Diamond Club/Scouts section. Rick (RIP) was our peanut man in that section when I lived out there. Best. Vendors. Ever.
-
Not sure who Scooter is, so no idea!
-
Diz, do you sit in Scooter's section?
-
Junichi- wa, league
-
Smoak did in fact make a great play to help delay the inevitable ascension of Hultzen.
-
Heard Smoak had a go-go gadget foot play
-
Smoak .288 Ackley .276 - that's SLG, folks
-
I'm goin with Green Collar baseball tonight.

Catching some Mariners live (in)action.

If peeps disagree, I respect that.

We can argue the validity of loans til we are blue in the face. Ultimately every owner should analyze each trade and trade trends and vote approve/veto as they see fit.
-
It could be a justifiable trade in that case from both sides. OFR makes a run now, I get a potentially cheap stud SS. But. Is that move and others like it good for the league in a big-picture sense?
-
Then OFR gets ~1100 surplus points and money he would not have under the cap to buy those points. The example need not be that extreme to be valid.
-
Except when a loan facilitates one team adding talent that their cap would not normally afford them, giving them a distinct advantage. If I shipped Kershaw and $40 to OFR for Lindor, then what?
-
I don't get how loans are cheating I guess. We are charged half the value of a player when we release them and usually the money from a loan is just to pick up replacement level free agents.
-
Loans are necessary, I disagree Diz
-
Loans over $3 are just an invitation to cheat.
-
where is the podcast..............?
-
I also would not be opposed to a small loan.

Great Divide Titans's trade block has been updated!
-
For anyone in need of MI or SS help, JJ Hardy is available pending Hanley Ramirez's return within a week. Looking for mediocre SP or OF of the same value.
-
***Perks up at the word 'Loan'...*** 5.6% interest folks, tonight and tonight only. Your best play for some of my cash money.
-
My issue isn't with loans, it's with the trade. There are certainly needs for loans
-
Sure, that's a legit response to a reasonable reaction to a trade.
-
your team is a lopsided trade
-
I vetoed because it was a really lopsided trade, which I communicated to you directly.
-
i dont think you should veto a trade unless its blatant cheating. Veto isnt for you to say someone is getting the better end, its to prevent any misconduct. just vetoing because you dont want one team to get a player is not right.
-
Loans allow you to trade players of equal value that have different prices. They are essential to trading in a league like this.
-
I vetoed yours for Verlander
-
Which trade are we talking?
-
Reds game just finished, Latos hasn't gotten credit for his 7th inning or his BB in the 8th. Seems like it's an hour behind or so.
-
big time latency in a lot of stats. I'm several innings behind on almost every game. Seems like some games are updating, but most aren't.
-
Anyone else's pitching stats not posting correctly today?
-
Asleep at the switch, but I would like to be in leagues where trades aren't made that need to be addressed like this.
-
And to be transparent, I did veto the trade.
-
Curious why you didn't veto then?
-
I didn't veto that trade last week, but do think it should have been vetoed, just to be transparent.
-
They are a major flaw in the ottoneu league.
-
I think we should have a rule that no more than $3 can be "loaned" in any trade. Loans are just blatant gaming of the system, and an easy way to engage in collusion.
