I’d cut Scherzer at $55. As good as he is, he’ll be a 38 year old pitcher. With only $400 to spend, I’d be uncomfortable keeping him at his salary. But I would love to add Woodruff if possible. I doubt anybody else is offering top prospects this time of the season.
