• Im ok with moving it up. Startup drafts can be annoyingly long so we need to have the time for it. Dont want it running close to midnight or having to scramble to find a second day.

• Hey all, just want to put this on our radar. First year drafts (according to my experience and also a post by Niv) usually take between 6-8 hours. If we are starting at 7pm on a Sunday night are we going to split this into two days? I don't think I have the capacity to draft until potentially 3am going into a Monday morning.
  
  Should we think about starting earlier? Or have a definite plan to split this draft into two?
